I once shone like a bright moon
Till I lost my fuse
Everyone enjoyed my light
For its beauty and warmth
But my fuse, I have no more
And all that I am now is a half moon
They still enjoy my light
But I am not as bright as the others
And it’s not about how bright others are
But how bright I ought to be
Aaaaghh …If only I could find my fuse

When I try to shine, I blow out
And then I have to replace my tungsten again
So now I keep hope alive
That Someday I shall find me and …
Shine like I once shone
Bright like the full moon
